Competition Schedule
- The 2021 International ZIML Convention will be held Saturday August 7th, 2021 as an online event.
- Students attending online will have access via ziml.areteem.org and Zoom to the competition and additional activities.
- Schedule of Events (all times Pacific):
- 1:00 - 1:30pm: Opening Ceremony
- 1:30 - 2:30pm: Individual Round 1 (multiple choice questions)
- 2:45 - 3:30pm: Individual Round 2 (numerical answer questions)
- 3:30 - 4:00pm: Guest Speaker
- 4:00 - 4:30pm: Awards and Closing Ceremony
Registration Fee
- Online Individual Fee: $30
- Online group of 5 or more: $20 per student
- Groups must register in one transaction

Competition Divisions
- Division E
- Open to all students who have not started grade 6.
- Covers the same topics as the Division E Monthly Contests.
- Division M
- Open to all students who have not started grade 9.
- Covers the same topics as the Division M Monthly Contests.
- Junior Varsity
- Open to all students who have not graduated high school.
- Covers the same topics as the Junior Varsity Monthly Contests.
Prizes
- In each division, Amazon Gift Cards will be available to the top 3 winners:
- 1st Place: $100
- 2nd Place: $50
- 3rd Place: $25
- To be eligible for a cash prize, students must be proctored by a teacher or parent during the competition
