I think that Question 20 of the ZIML Division M May contest has a bug, since the question does not specify the length of Percy's leash. The answer says that the length of Percy's leash is 20, but the question does not say that. Could you help me with that?

You are correct that there was an issue here, thanks for the catch! The problem has been updated, but won't be considered during the scoring for winners (which will be announced soon!).
