Zoom International Math League

Anyone received the instruction how to redeem the gift certificates they won during the camp? I have not received anything, after emailing Areteem twice. I am wondering if I missed the Spam/Junk folder. Also, my Areteem account email and ZIML email are different, so wondering which one it might went to.
